to experience the power of Yoga Nidra, reclaim their rest, & live authentically—

ANCIENT WISDOM.

modern science.

What if rest could be the key to navigating life's challenges with ease and grace?

  • Yoga nidra promotes deep relaxation and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the "rest and digest" response, reducing stress and anxiety.

  • By inducing a state of deep relaxation and calming the mind, yoga nidra can help improve sleep quality and reduce insomnia.

  • Yoga nidra can help reduce pain by promoting relaxation, which can in turn reduce muscle tension and improve overall body awareness.

  • Yoga nidra can be particularly helpful for individuals experiencing fatigue or chronic tension, as it can help restore energy and reduce physical and mental strain.

  • Yoga nidra can be a valuable tool for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, as it promotes emotional regulation and self-awareness.

  • Yoga nidra can help pregnant individuals manage stress, pain, and fatigue during pregnancy and labor, preparing them for the physical and emotional demands of childbirth.

  • Yoga nidra can help individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) manage symptoms like hypervigilance, sleep disturbances, and disembodiment, as it promotes relaxation and body awareness.

  • Yoga nidra can help quiet the mind and improve focus and concentration, making it beneficial for individuals struggling with attention span or difficulty concentrating.

  • Yoga nidra provides a unique opportunity to reconnect with one's body and mind, fostering a sense of balance and well-being, which can be particularly helpful for individuals who feel disconnected from themselves.

MEET OUT FOUNDER,

Amy.

Known by many as the Queen of Rest, Amy DiSanto is the founder of Nidra Babes LLC and the visionary behind a mission to share 10 million+ Yoga Nidra experiences with women around the world.

A trained Yoga Nidra facilitator, Deep play for kids yoga teacher, Qi Gong and Reiki practitioner, conscious dance guide, and master-level educator with over two decades of experience, Amy intends to blend ancient practice, science-backed rest, and compassion into everything she creates.

She embodies the art of fluid movement and non-doing—drawing from both personal healing and shared experiences in dance and deep rest.

Amy is also the creator of FLOOP, a daily rhythmic cycle for children, and the founder of Rest Fest, a community celebration where women reconnect, rejuvenate, and reclaim their power through music, movement, and meditative rest.

Her work is curious, trauma-informed, and heart-led—gently guiding women back to what’s already within.

She creates spaces that nurture and rejuvenate—where stress dissolves and authenticity returns.
