Daytime: “nidra for exhaustion” (15 min): soothe your mind, body & soul as you dissolve stress and rejuvenate at a cellular level.
nighttime: “yoga nidra to chill & drift” (17 min): When you need a cooling and full reset for deep sleep.
Step 2: Rest + Reflect
After your Nidra, pause and check in:
