Option 2: Receive gentle guidance
If you’re unsure where to begin, here are a few perfect first steps:

  • “How to prepare for yoga nidra” (4 min)

  • Daytime: “nidra for exhaustion” (15 min): soothe your mind, body & soul as you dissolve stress and rejuvenate at a cellular level.

  • nighttime: “yoga nidra to chill & drift” (17 min): When you need a cooling and full reset for deep sleep.

Step 2: Rest + Reflect

After your Nidra, pause and check in:

  • How do you feel now?

  • One word, one image, one breath...

Optional: Download a Rest Reflection Page PDF or simply let it live in your mind or heart.

Step 3: Share It (if you want to)

You can:

    After your first rest, you're invited to share in one (or both!) of these cozy spaces:

Step 4: Rinse & Repeat:

  • Twice a week to stay grounded

  • Daily if you're ready for transformation
    But always listen to you.
